Shipping policy

We try and use the most cost effective and low carbon shipping method possible. 

Our shipping is typically 2-3 days in the UK but on occasions can take up to 7 days if the basic service is chosen.

We will send a shipping notification with tracking information so please look at that first and check to see if delivery has been completed and check its to the right location. 

if something has gone wrong we will look at proof of delivery and if delivered to the correct address then we will be unable to offer any replacement. if there are any issues though we will try and solve them so please let us know before 30 days. 

After 30 days we will assume everything is ok and close the order fully. 

All of our packaging is now fully carbon neutral and compostable. Our bags are all made from sugar cane and cardoard from recycled materials .
